Ever wondered what happened to those loosened-up accessories, such as half-way unbuckled belts, matte steel & ruby/emerald rings, scarves with tassels and fringes? Well, guess what! They are back! In this article I'd like to focus on all those wonderful scarves with their astonishing oriental hints like patterns & tassels.
